Dr. Tisha Corey
Dr. Tisha Corey hails from southcentral Pennsylvania, where she discovered her passion for the body's amazing capabilities through a sports injury. As a decorated softball player earning All-America honors, she injured her back and found a fast recovery through chiropractic, in addition to improving overall performance. She pursued her education at the University of Maryland, where she continued her softball career and earned her Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. She furthered her studies while attending chiropractic school at Life University in Marietta, GA, and graduated second in her class, Suma Cum Laude, in 2004. Dr. Corey fell in love with the warm southern weather and the Atlanta area and began working as a Chiropractic Associate for her first few years out of school. She has worked with various patients from infants and children to professional athletes. Dr. Corey lives in Kennesaw with her 3 beautiful children, dog, cats, and fish.
Leslie Surrett moved to Atlanta from Arkansas in 2001. She graduated from Atlanta School of Massage in 2004 and is a licensed massage therapist practicing alongside chiropractors for the past 10 years. She specializes in Neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, TMJ disfunction, Trigger Point therapy, Lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. She lives in Marietta and in her free time she is an avid reader and enjoys hiking, mud runs, yoga, and going to the gym.
Jennifer Mullis is originally from Georgia and has lived in the Atlanta area for over 10 years. Jennifer is a believer in balancing the body and mind through exercise, positive mental health, and eating well. With a Masters in Clinical Psychology she understands the importance of having a healthy body and mind.Jennifer studied the Pilates Method with Pilates Core Integration, Inc. in Tempe, AZ and is certified to teach both mat and apparatus classes. Jennifer also completed her 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Etowah Valley Yoga in Cartersville, GA. She is currently working on completing her 500 hour RYT at Etowah Valley Yoga. She resides in Marietta with her husband and loves to travel in her spare time.
Rhonda Burgess, our office manager, is originally from southeastern Virginia, attended Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and moved to the Atlanta area in 2001. She is a professional photographer, published in many domestic and international action sports magazines, as well as an avid gardener. Rhonda loves that she lives within walking distance of the office with her husband of 17 years, two wonderful children, and a menagerie of pets.
